How to reach us
Email hello@epernaytours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the platform you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
If your tour was cancelled or you missed it
A refund or a new date is the operator's to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Every tour we list refunds in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start, except the one its card marks as non-refundable.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. House calendars change with the season, meeting points move, and the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.

The Epernay tourist office

The houses
Each house answers for its own visits, prices and calendar: Moët & Chandon at 18 avenue de Champagne and Mercier at 68, both in Epernay, and Nicolas Feuillatte in Chouilly. Book and ask on each house's own website.
Where the tours meet
Most tours that start in town meet in front of the tourist office. The private half days collect you within 6 km of Epernay, the Reims days meet at the Reims Centre station forecourt, and the days from Paris at a Paris hotel or café. Each tour's own point is on its booking page.
